About Us
Who We Are
Rolling Oaks is a community comprised of five subdivisions and five other complexes in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It covers most of the square mile northward from 13 to 14 Mile Road, and from Farmington Road west to Drake. Central to our neighborhood is our wonderful and beloved K-5 public school, Forest Elementary School.
Our 5 Subdivisions
Within this beautiful square mile are five subdivisions and distinct residential associations, each with its own legal responsibilities, but working together on many matters as the Rolling Oaks Community. The subdivisions and their respective homeowners' associations that make up Rolling Oaks include Heritage Hills, Kingspointe, Briar Hill, Wedgwood Commons, and Three Oaks. We also welcome our neighbors in Muer Cove, Willowbrook Commons, and the much smaller cul-de-sac neighborhoods within the 1 mile square to be part of our Rolling Oaks community!
